Franchise model · Owner-Operator
Single-cluster operator (a city or small group of hotels). Recommended for individual hoteliers who want to bring their own properties into IMPT and run the local marketing without taking on broader territory responsibility.
Best for: Individual hoteliers, boutique groups (1-15 properties)
Commitment: Annual rolling agreement
Revenue: 50% of IMPT revenue from your cluster
Owner-operator licensees bring their own properties into the IMPT network and run the local marketing for that cluster — without taking on broader territory responsibility. The work is mostly inward-facing: optimising the IMPT booking flow for your own properties, marketing the IMPT carbon credential to your existing customer base, and signing your direct corporate accounts onto B2B carbon contracts.
Annual rolling agreement — no multi-year lock-in. This is the lowest-friction tier; it's designed for hoteliers who want to test the IMPT model with their own properties before considering broader territory responsibility.
