IMPT franchise ROI calculator

Estimate your annual revenue as an IMPT territory owner. The maths is the 50% rule applied to four primary streams: hotel commission (13% × 50%), per-stay carbon flat-fee, B2B contracts, and Shop / widget volume.

How the maths works

  • Annual room-nights = rooms × 365 × occupancy
  • IMPT-captured stays = annual room-nights × IMPT capture rate
  • GMV through IMPT = IMPT-captured stays × ADR
  • IMPT commission = GMV × 13%
  • Your share of commission = commission × 50% (= 6.5% of GMV)
  • Per-stay flat fee = IMPT-captured stays × $0.15
  • B2B share = your B2B margin input × 50%
  • Total to owner = sum of the three

The calculator excludes IMPT Shop, widget volume, sub-territory sales and open-source affiliate overrides — those depend on your specific commercial activity. Add ~5-15% to the headline number for those streams in steady-state operation.
