How to apply to join the IMPT eco-hotel franchise network as an independent property.

Step 1 — scoping call

Schedule a 30-minute call with the IMPT founder: calendly.com/mike-impt/30min. We cover property fit, commercial terms, and timeline.

Step 2 — listing setup

If we agree to proceed, IMPT's onboarding team handles directory listing, supplier-feed connectivity, and badge artwork delivery. Typical timeline: 2-3 weeks from agreement to first bookable inventory.

Step 3 — first bookings

As bookings start to flow, IMPT's reporting dashboard shows per-booking attribution including the on-chain retirement reference. Use this for your ESG marketing.

Eligibility

• Independent hotel or small chain (1-50 properties).
• Located in Republic of Ireland (Phase 1 — wider Europe in Phase 2).
• Live supplier-feed inventory (or willingness to set one up).
• Standard hotel-grade cancellation policies.
